SUN RAY VILLA
Sun Ray Villa is a brand new kid in town that will stir up things in the holiday rental market of coastal Chania! This premium detached ground floor villa, in its own private plot, has been completely renovated from the ground up in order to meet up to expectations of those that seek ultimate privacy and luxury during their holidays.
Located in Agia Marina Chania, 150 meters separate Sun Ray Villa with Sun Ray Apartments to whom it is affiliated.
The interior is occupying 85m², consisting of an open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining table adjacent to the living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. It may accommodate up to five people if the sofa is being used.
The quality of the exterior design complements the villa as the plot boasts a private pool, 3.5m X 5.5m, a large ultra-modern Jacuzzi of five people, a sitting area, a large built BBQ, a large dining table of six and six contemporary sun loungers. Last but not least, the Villa owns private parking for up to two vehicles.
Accentuating boho chic elements and carefully designed in every single detail, from furniture and lighting to utensils and appliances, Sun Ray Villa is nothing short of a 5 star accommodation!
Villa Interiors
Living & Dining area – Kitchen
The amount of personal care and attention to detail is immediately revealed upon entering the Villa. The common area comprising of the living and dining area as well as the kitchen and the large contemporary built in fireplace, is designed to make the best first impression as well as to set the tone of what one may expect from their forthcoming stay. The space exudes a bohemian chic modern style while offering all the amenities one may need in order to feel right at home.
A large corner sofa looking out to the pool area through large windows, a large dining table comfortable sitting up to five guests, two lounge chairs resting in front of the impressive built-in contemporary fireplace and a 65” LG TV with satellite channels are more than enough to make this living area very enticing.
The kitchen exceeds any expectation! Ample in space, contemporary design and equipped with a stainless steel family fridge and high-end fitted appliances such as dishwasher, kitchen hobs, oven, microwave oven, a wine cooler as well as all the necessary utensils, this kitchen is irresistible for use, even though excellent restaurants and tavernas are found just around the corner.
The Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms in the Villa sleeping up to four adults. One is a king size double bedroom with large closet space and a 43” TV, while the second is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, closet and 43” TV. Subtle colors, carefully selected decorative details, design light fixtures, cotton linens, orthopedic mattresses and 2 types of pillows, create a soothing and comfortable environment, where one may relax and rest after a long day under the Greek sun. Both bedrooms look out to the back side of the garden where the Jacuzzi of 5, the BBQ and the dining table are set.
*All our mattresses are orthopedic with independent springs and hypoallergenic with OECO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification. All our toppers have memory foam technology.
The Bathrooms
The Villa has two fully equipped contemporary stylish bathrooms with large showers and design bathroom fixtures such as rain showers. Marble like tiles and led downlights attribute luxury and finesse. The twin bedroom has an en suite bathroom while at the larger common bathroom there is also a brand new washing machine. The Villa owns a solar water boiler that covers ones need for hot running water all day, every day.
Villa Exterior
If one has to single out the one attribute that distinguishes the Villa, it is easy to say that it is the property’s exterior and its high end amenities. The first impression is definitely eye catching and it is setting the tone of what’s to come, upon entering.
A modern fenced garden with design furniture and lights, beautiful trees and flowers complement the most desirable feature of the Villa…the private swimming pool. Around the pool there are 6 contemporary sun loungers where one may spend countless hours sunbathing and a sitting area with design Balinese teak furniture that invites you to enjoy a morning coffee, a mid-day snack, an afternoon cocktail or a romantic candle lit dinner.
Heading around the back of the Villa, be prepared, there are more surprises for you! The first feature that will catch your eye is the built in large BBQ with marble counter tops and built in sink, followed by the modern wooden dining table that comfortable sits six guests. Last but certainly not least the Villa boasts an ultra-modern, high-tech Jacuzzi with a capacity of five. For a night bath, choose the lighting color of your preference and set the mood for a fun evening!
*Our pool is chlorinated by using a system of salt electrolysis. It is an environmentally friendly method of chlorinating the pool without the use of chlorine chemicals. It significantly reduces symptoms such as eye irritation and dry skin while eliminates the unpleasant smell of chlorine.
